| Real Estate? Yes, no worries ... multi-tasking is a skill I learnt many years ago!....
After raising a family of 3 girls and 1 boy I decided I needed another challenge so I started in real estate! Many looked at me sideways ... I already had a very demanding and busy life...but that says it really ... I love being busy!!! I have been happily married to Roger for 20+ years and we already had a strong interest in real estate.
We relocated and renovated our first family home and then worked together to make residential subdivision a reality before building a brand new home. From there we saved hard and bought our first investment property. I am very knowledgeable about investment properties, developing residential land and of course buying and selling property. I love to challenge myself!
I work hard for all of my clients and this effort has been recognised through the numerous awards I have received. As well as being a top selling agent in Levin for the last 6 years I have also been recoginsed as being one of the top 10% of salespeople in the company nationally and internationally by successfully marketing and selling over $45 million of property since I began in real estate. You will see me out and about in town ... I am bright and bubbly ....I can often be seen wearing clothes I have created along with interesting shoes, hats or other unique accessories.
During the past few years in real estate I have gained an excellent reputation for professionalism and success with many repeat clients and referrals from people who know I focus on doing things right. I love the challenge of getting a ‘deal’ together and will do everything I can to make things happen and get that SOLD sign on the property. (Whatever the time of night or day) I am passionate about property and people and when you employ me to sell your property I will be focused on getting a successful result for you. Enjoying life and working hard are the two things that I do best!
I also believe that those who are able to assist others should and I have a commitment to help those in the local community that need it. Over the years I have helped many clubs and organisations through sizable donations. One of my favorites is the Levin Performing Arts Society who provide great entertainment for us but often struggle financially. Another is The Great Forest Marathon 5km run/walk.
I provide medals and certificates for participants and it is wonderful to see the delight on the faces of the people when they complete the course.
When I am not out putting a deal together you will find me with my family ... I am a very proud grandmother to Mikayla and Charlotte. In my private life I like to read inspirational books, design and make clothing and/or whatever takes my fancy. I also love to cook a nice meal and try out new things, spend time unwinding in my garden, or go shopping with the girls. I also enjoy travel and have been fortunate enough to head off with my family to some wonderful places, which motivates me and re-charges my batteries for the next project. Next I hope to travel to America and ride route 66 on the back of a Harley!
